We know that blind spots for a driver of a vehicle could result in accidents. The same danger applies to blind spots in leadership.

This talk offers a new perspective to leadership training through examining their possible blind spots. Knowing what leaders’ blind spots are would allow the organisation to tailor specific training to keep these leaders on top of their game.

Speaker: Joseph Wong

At SCB he helmed the global sales proposal management team and spearheaded the bank's digital learning initiative as curriculum developer and training consultant. In 2017, he authored the children's book series I'm So Ready For Life and in 2022, he developed The FOSTER Method of Selling along with a sales app called Delapitch
