Discuss with experts from the adult teaching and learning sphere, on how Learning and Development can leverage on past failures to transform practices to elevate business, learning and work performance. How could it foster a resilient workforce? Get tips on HOW to kickstart a Productive Failure journey, bring ‘learning from failure’ mainstream, imbue it with technology, current world practices as well as evaluate outcomes towards building capability in the workforce for the future.
