Project Management is a crucial skill for managers and leaders. What can we do to be more competent in managing projects? Is knowing the processes, starting from clarifying requirements, executing the work, to project closure good enough? Or do we need to do more than these? Being competent goes beyond running the project and delivering it on time, within budget and on the scope. In this talk, we will suggest different approaches that you can take to be more competent in running your project.
