It's radically different from traditional e-commerce by blending buying and selling with a sense of urgency across communities. This is where we zoom into the latest wave that’s taking the world by storm — TikTok. We’ll share how this platform is paving the way across businesses and audiences, and how it's making its way into the future.

b. What is it like to work in the F&B industry
ACI’s Lecturer & Programme Facilitator, Ms. Theresa Huang will share her views on SSG’s “Skills Framework for Food Services” to expound on job opportunities and possible career paths in the F&B industry. To inspire and encourage people who are considering a career in the F&B industry, Theresa will also partner with entrepreneur Mr. Yi Jie of Coexist Café to share their personal journey and experiences.

c. New Retail Career Opportunities for the new year 2023
Year 2022 is a year of recovery for retail. It is also a year where retail blends with digital services, automation, home delivery and house under one roof. It provides new business and career opportunities.
In this session, you will learn what are the career opportunities for the new year 2023:

3. Pastry/cooking demo
As the Christmas season draws near, ACI will demonstrate the making of a healthy and yummy Spiced Apple Oatmeal Cookie which has many health benefits and is super easy to make at home for the festive season. This abridged version of a 1-day class will allow attendees to taste this all-time favourite cookie and take home our secret recipe. The event can accommodate 30pax.

4. How to make a good cuppa - Tea diffusion & coffee brewing
This taster workshop offers a glimpse of our educational hands-on 2-day class that covers origin, history, culture, variety, evaluation and health benefits of tea and coffee. The ACI trainer will demo the art and science of making a good cup of tea and attendees will crowd around our coffee machine to watch our trainer brew the perfect cuppa. This event can accommodate 30pax.
