Asian Culinary Institute

Asian Culinary Institute (ACI) of Singapore is a joint collaboration between Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP).

We are appointed by WDA to be the Anchor Provider for Food & Beverage Services industry. ACI is also the Programme Manager for the SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programme (Food Services).

Our aims are to:

  • Build pipeline of local chefs for Asian cuisines
  • Strengthen continual professional development for existing workers
  • Facilitate innovation and productivity enhancement through R&D
