Asian Culinary Institute
Asian Culinary Institute (ACI) of Singapore is a joint collaboration between Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP).
We are appointed by WDA to be the Anchor Provider for Food & Beverage Services industry. ACI is also the Programme Manager for the SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programme (Food Services).
Our aims are to:
- Build pipeline of local chefs for Asian cuisines
- Strengthen continual professional development for existing workers
- Facilitate innovation and productivity enhancement through R&D
To be a Centre of Excellence in the Food & Beverage Services industry
We provide quality training to help professionalise Singapore's Food & Beverage Services industry and support enterprises in their journey towards productivity enhancement and business transformation.
