Learning occurs anytime, anywhere. It can be at home, at a foreign country or even at your workplace. You may be wondering then, what, when and how does one experience learning at work?

Then you probably should have joined us for this interesting seminar on 9 June 2016 — The Next Wave: Workplace Learning & Technology. Held at the Lifelong Learning Institute, this seminar was organised to help participants understand the direct impact of learning on performance effectiveness, ultimately to fulfil overall organisation objectives.

The seminar was kick-started by our very own Director of Learning Innovations, Mr Koh Tat Suan. This was followed by a sharing session, in which invited guest speakers from academic, business, and government sectors shared their respective ideas on how to effectively leverage on the learning opportunities within a working environment.

Participants were highly engaged and attentive, perhaps sparked into thinking by intriguing topics and impactful statistics that were shared. Many were seen penning down their thoughts, hopefully inspired and determined to take a step forward in increasing their workplace productivity.

The seminar turned out to be a success, and LLI would like to thank all participants and speakers for their strong support. Stay tuned to find out more about such similar events at LLI. You won't want to miss any of these!
