Enabling Academy Learning Festival - ESP Employability Training

The ESP Employability Training programme prepares newly enrolled Employment Support Programme (ESP) clients for future employment through structure employability enhancement training.

The programme covers 5 modules with focus on travelling, managing employment expectations, self-understanding, development of professional behaviour and ethics in a workplace setting, and staying relevant in the workforce.

Learning Outcomes
- Planning and managing own public transport journey and alternative transport arrangements during crisis
- Gain a better understanding of own employment expectations and meaning of employment
- Cultivate self-confidence
- Evaluate own skillset gaps to identify future training options to bridge employment challenges

Course Fee: $108.02

Eligible adults with disabilities can apply for up to S$1000 under the Temasek Trust-CDC lifelong Learning Enabling Fund to defray course related fees and/or learning support devices and services.

The Digital Skills Enabling Training programme equips trainees with skills in job-hunting, resume writing and interview techniques through the use of a computer and Internet.

Learning Outcomes:
- Develop an understanding of local job market
- Apply navigation skills while searching on career sites
- Cultivate awareness on job expectations
- Develop cover letters and CVs tailored for specific jobs
- Develop an understanding of LinkedIn
- Apply interview skills and techniques

Enabling Academy Learning Festival - Digital Sales and Jobs Preparation

Trainees will learn how to manage Digital Sales to track lead generation and conversion. They will be able to work in a high performance sales teams targeting online customers.

Learning Objectives & Outcomes:
- Trainees will learn the skills to be able to work in digital sales.
- They will learn how to manage sales funnels, drive lead conversions and toggle cost per click prices to ensure that online traffic is captured and converted into sales.
- With this skillset they will be an asset to any sales team in this digital age. Trainees will also be prepared for a job in this industry through various job preparation modalities which will equip them with grooming and interview skills

Enabling Academy Learning Festival - Cloud Desktop Support Engineer Learning Pathway

This course is designed to train persons with disabilities to be able to provide desktop support for organizations that are using Microsoft 365.

Learning Objectives & Outcomes:
Trainees will learn how to manage and maintain Windows client, Microsoft 365 Messaging and Security as well as Microsoft Teams administrations for the following functions and applications:

- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- Windows Client
- Managing modern desktops
- Microsoft 365 Security Administration

Course fees: S$417.60
